We are a behavior change design and execution firm that helps organizations use behavioral science, data, and technology to drive customer acquisition, product usage, prompt payments, and debiased decision making. We approach problems with a behavioral lens and enable our change programs with data and technology. We help companies in fintech, retail, e-commerce, and manufacturing across challenges in revenue growth, customer satisfaction, process quality and execution, and employee engagement. 

BS Works is a unit of Hong Kong-based Synerbyte Limited, an intelligent lighting and route optimization technology company.

Cliff helps companies boost customer acquisition and product usage through behavioral science, data, and technology. He also runs a HK-based, industrial intelligent lighting company. Cliff built and sold his software firm to investors in 2007. He is an Independent Director at fintechs Bayad Center and PETNET, was a Senior Partner at AI consulting firm ADDO AI, and a Board Director at software outsourcing company Magenic until it was acquired in 2021. He is the author of the book Sh*tty Places & Selfish People: 7 Rules of Engagement, has an MBA and a Masters in Philosophy, and is working on his dissertation for his Executive Masters in Behavioral Science at the London School of Economics.

Diego brings 20+ years of professional experience leading innovative and strategic solutions at the intersection of finance and technology, directing process improvement and cost reduction in various industries across the United States, and implementing economic development projects in Latin America and East Africa. His business acumen acquired through academic training at some of the most prestigious universities in the world equipped him with research and methodological competencies to identify cognitive and emotional biases that affect people’s judgment, optimize managers' decision-making processes, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions that promote behavioral change. Through his international work, Diego developed essential skills to capitalize on the cultural differences of teams to boost capacity building and drive engagement, productivity, and innovation.

Kirra helps organizations by optimizing workforce support through a deep understanding of health, wellbeing, and loss, underpinned by her background as a Clinical Nurse Specialist and Educator. Kirra completed her MBA (Warwick Business School) in 2020 where her final research project looked at managerial decision making and grief at work. She will complete her Executive Masters in Behavioral Science at The London School of Economics and Political Science in 2023. Her research interests consider loss and change management through a behavioral lens.

Colm provides expertise, support, and guidance to senior management teams operating in volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environments. He is driven, with the ability to make an impact on operational turbulence and enhance the sustainability and longevity of organizations. Colm is a decisive troubleshooter and systems-thinker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt and work in challenging situations. He was a co-author of the best-seller book ‘Purposeful People’ and holds MSc qualifications in Strategic Management and Emergency Management. He is also working on his dissertation for his Executive MSc in Behavioural Science at the London School of Economics.

Gian is a serial entrepreneur, co-founder and CEO of Aiah.Ai. Aiah aims to build an AI natural-language assistant ala Jarvis for businesses. Trained using industry-specific and business process-specific data, the Aiah Assistant can understand instructions from users and automatically run tasks and access information from other business applications to fulfill those requests. Before Aiah.Ai, Gian started several companies in the systems integration, digital media delivery and software development industries and worked in enterprise IT for global giants such as Hewlett-Packard and Unilever.

Edie is a seasoned Consumer and Market Insight practitioner with over 20 years of experience managing and executing insight programs for various companies to help them thrive in today’s dynamic landscape. She brings a deep understanding of consumer behavior and insight and extensive market research skills to help organizations make data- and insight-driven decisions. Edie was the Regional and Global Consumer and Market Insight Director for several categories at Unilever. She now leads Brandev Insight and Consulting – a strategic insights agency that services clients in health care, airline, fast-moving consumer goods, and tech. Her work involves qualitative and quantitative research methods and data analytics to understand markets, uncover untapped opportunities, develop innovations, and sharpen communications to harness the power of consumer insights and create a meaningful impact on business.
